Josiah Thomas is a Haitian-American, multilingual project manager raised in the countryside of Haiti who has been giving back to his community for over five years. He currently resides in Dugue, his hometown, where he oversees ADF Haiti as its CEO. During his five years as CEO of ADF Haiti, he has a demonstrated track record of project success. Josiah is committed to helping build a better future for Fond-des-Blancs through data-centric informed decision-making and the development of local capacities.

Fritz-Heber was born and raised in FdB. As General Manager, Fritz-Heber oversees the day-to-day operations of ADF. He believes that work is more than simply a means for money or success - it reveals one's dedication and work ethic to other people, including friends, family members, and co-workers. That is why he strives to improve himself continually. Some of his other interests are playing soccer, swimming at the beach, and traveling. He also enjoys working on personal business ventures and professional enterprises.

Born and raised in FdB, Roselie currently serves as the accountant of the company. She's knowledgeable about QuickBooks, taxes, and payroll. Her skills and experience keep ADF's financials in order! She believes that her sense of accomplishment should be a priority on the job, and she keeps this in mind as she does her work.

Born and raised in Fond-des-Blancs, Simon is our Member Service Representative. Simon handles all member queries related to our services and provides them with what they need. He ensures that service requests are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner

Emmanuel is ADF's Geographic Information System (GIS) Manager, he is responsible for map production, spatial analysis, parcel tracing, creation, GPS point taking, and other products. As a GIS Manager, he wants to extend the service to remote sensing (RS) for monitoring agriculture with drone imagery and satellite imagery. Emmanuel believes in the effectiveness of his work. Emmanuel likes to read, especially GIS or RS books, listen to music, attend conferences, and play and watch football matches.
